A superb Gibson Custom Shop Historic Collection ’54 Les Paul Custom Reissue in classic Ebony finish. These early Historic Collection guitars are becoming increasingly collectible and are widely regarded as some of the best-playing Custom Shop Les Pauls Gibson produced.

Finished in gloss Ebony with multi-ply binding, gold hardware and the classic split-diamond headstock inlay, this guitar perfectly captures the look and feel of the original 1954 “Black Beauty”.

Overall condition is very good for a well loved and well played guitar of this age. No breaks or repairs (confirmed by UV light). There are a few minor cosmetic imperfections, most notably a laquer crack on the front of the body but it's only in the lacquer, not the wood.
