O’Donnell’s Guitars is a trading name of Christopher J. O’Donnell, operating as a sole trader in England.
We specialise in new, used and vintage guitars and related equipment.
We aim to describe the condition, specification and originality of every instrument as accurately as reasonably possible. Photographs form part of the description, particularly in relation to used and vintage instruments.
Used and vintage instruments may display age-related wear, marks, finish checking, fading, tarnishing or other characteristics consistent with their age and previous use. Any significant known faults or modifications will be disclosed in the product description.
Prices shown on the website are the prices payable unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by O’Donnell’s Guitars.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery costs and available delivery options will be displayed or agreed before purchase.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Consumers purchasing online have rights under UK consumer law, including cancellation rights for most distance purchases. Please see our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes any statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded.
