Cancellation & Returns

If you purchase from O’Donnell’s Guitars online, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the item.

Returned goods should be kept in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from a refund where the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
