A superb example of a 1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom, finished in Cherry Sunburst and presented in excellent overall condition for its age. It has no cracks, breaks or repairs, confirmed by UV inspection.
The guitar retains 100% factory-original hardware and electronics, including its original Gibson patent-number pickups and period CTS potentiometers. The serial number, 580708, corresponds to 1974, as do the pot codes.
During its life the original Waffleback tuners were replaced with Grovers, but the originals were kept in the case and are now back on the guitar and in excellent working order.
The guitar has received a full professional setup and has been fitted with new strings, so it is ready to play. Weight: 4.9 kg (10.8 lb)
